aporeei is dedicated to pioneering new ways of making fashion anchored in a multifaceted, nurturing, and seasonless ethos. Founded by Beata Modrzyńska, a graduate of HEAD-Genève, the label seeks to explore the intangible, using the motif of the hole to reveal the unseen and invite novel expressions. Through openings and fluid lines, the body intriguingly emerges and recedes, dissolving familiar associations.

Driven by a spirit of experimentation and a profound sense of care, aporeei utilises ecological and reclaimed fabrics, adhering to principles of upcycling and circular economy. Each garment is artisanally produced in Poland, ensuring high quality and meticulous attention to detail.

Choosing the side of more-than-human good, aporeei envisions a world where fashion serves as a conduit to deeper connections, encouraging a nuanced relationship with the garments we wear and the environment we inhabit. The brand’s limited editions and unique artefacts reflect a commitment to sustainability and exclusivity, aiming to disrupt the cycle of product pollution.

.blacktogrey was founded on our discovery of new sustainable manufacturing methods that both enhance the environment and respect the workers producing our garments.

.blacktogrey is a movement supporting unconventional and innovative ideas to inspire the world to get involved in sustainable and circular economies by recycling old clothes and creating new garments that last a lifetime.

We invite you to join us in our mission to support the integration of circularity and sustainability in our everyday lives.

Together, we can shift the system.

Corlin was founded 2018 by two Swedish students with an idea to cautiously design high-quality and familiar eyewear. The first collection was launched the same year consisting of five sunglasses, one of them being the style Modena. Modena is today one of Corlin’s bestselling sunglasses.

a. NC: Nia de Fer origins from the Catalan expression « nena de ferro » which means “iron girl”. The project developed from my interest in reinventing knitwear. Which is why I started experimenting with unordinary threads and materials, but also confronting the concept of structure and silhouette, to find new ways. All the pieces are artisanal, and handcrafted in my atelier in Barcelona. I like to work on the editions or unique pieces, to give value to the process and research behind each of them.

b. NC: The most fascinating aspect of my practice is that I never really know how the piece is going to end up looking. The result is always a blend of what lies between the idea and the finished product. I usually start by creating small stich samples, testing different threads and techniques. One selected my favorites, begins the experimentation: I mix, sublimate, match, to give concrete shape to my ideas. Finally, using the moulage technique, I focus on the design. Moulage allows me to work on a tridimensional body, it is exciting

c. NC: I am very inspired by the women in my family and the everyday scenes that I have experienced. I really like the imperfection and the beauty that lies in these. I am captivated by ancient objects and how they blend into current aesthetics. On the other hand, my mother has transmitted to me her fascination with mythology,

which is an important source of inspiration for my work. Sustainability is a fundamental pillar of my work. All the threads and materials I employ are from Barcelona, a few far from my atelier in Gracia. My pieces are completely handcrafted, and for this reason unique. But also, knitwear allows me to work without waste. The production is focused and made to order.

We believe that modern fashion should express timeless aesthetics and carry a message that the recipient identifies with. Individual value and the need to be yourself are more important than the mainstream.

We want our clothes to form a consistent part of the world of your passions and values, and to offer you unlimited freedom for your own development and self-expression. In harmony with you and respect for yourself, others, and our planet.

Each of our products is the result of an extensive design process and is hand-sewn in a limited quantity. The methodology of its creation is based on the pillars of classic tailoring and the values of the history of clothing.

Our clothes are targeted at a person without specifying their gender, age or figure, which is why all our clothes are sewn in accordance with the unisex and oversize concept.

During production, we use only natural materials, excluding leather, fur and silk.

We want to create the most ethical, unique and timeless clothes that will be able to serve you as long as possible with their quality and design.

Paule and Josephe are the second and third names of Hannah’s mother. She founded the clothing brand on the foundations of these male names in female form as a way to reconnect clothing to reality and daily life, and to establish new ways of producing, communicating and consuming. Creations are not so much driven by the desire of finding out what they want to make but rather by the drive to explore the question; what can we and do we want to do with what we find, with what’s already there?

Through our collection of clothing, we try to reinvigorate what would remain unused or unsold otherwise. All of the materials we carefully choose to work with are sourced between dead-stock or second hand fabrics. We carefully select and/or deconstruct quality materials we want to design a new garment with. The up-cycling design atelier, born out of experiments with intuitive drawings turning into embroidery samples and different kinds of fabric manipulation and usage, knows its roots in a village on the periphery of Brussels.

We are inspired by the tangible and surreal, the greater circus tale, the oftentimes odd and mythical characters we create in there, the simplicity of daily movements, colors, textures and shapes, and all magic of this life on earth. We honor and enjoy the process of creation and are always inspired by finding new graphic and designing techniques.

Our collection does not work with gender divisions, is brought into production in Belgium, and considers the amount of different steps that go into the making of a piece of clothing that wants to last. All pieces stem from handmade and heartfelt designs, made with care.

RENÈ  is a Copenhagen-based genderless brand, with a focus on bold silhouettes with a voluminous and modern appearance that transcends conventional gender identifications.

Our design approach merges bold creativity, cultural influence, and responsible principles. We reject traditional fashion norms and embrace individuality and diversity. Inspired by the exploration of “femininity” and “masculinity,” our Danish heritage, and profound ties to Asian culture, our aesthetic reflects the rich tapestry of global influences.

We embrace the beauty of diversity by creating garments that fit various body types and challenge conventional gendered fashion. Our designs feature bold silhouettes with exaggerated proportions, capturing attention while promoting inclusivity.

We believe in a holistic approach to design, development, and production – using a blend of modern and traditional methods within a framework that considers economic, environmental and social factors.

r.l.e is a conscious womenswear brand founded in London in 2021 by creative director Cici Qixin Zhang.  The brand name is inspired from the word ‘rule’ without the letter ‘u’, stands for r.l.e’s unique brand core: Being Your Most Inner Self.

’We challenge the existing definitions and embrace those who express their inner beauty and creative mind amidst the intricate modern society, celebrating their modest yet unwavering presence’.

While expressing the conscious mind of the slow fashion mode within r.l.e, hand-making techniques such as crochet, knitting, couture silk flowers and embroidery are also used in garment and accessories design, allowing for loving touches providing inimitable humanity whilst simultaneously limiting mechanisation and ecological impact. For Zhang, handling the resources the natural world provides carefully, respectfully, and preciously is in-line with a wider spirit of existing in harmony and balance within our world.
